Episode #16 Romania Mania! Diaries of a Co-worker (featuring Alexandra Rogers)

Show notes:

Introduction: We spend nearly as much time with our co-workers in our lifetimes as we do with our families. The people we work with often determine the kind of experience we have in our workplace. These relationships can be rewarding and last a lifetime. Often the biggest difference we make in our lives is to those we work with. We attend each other's family baby showers, birthdays, graduations, weddings, and funerals. We support one another, cheer each other on, and find our way to family like relationships that are really satisfying.

This episode’s guest, Alexandra Rogers, joins me in the midst of 16 years of working together. She makes a difference in my life every day. I am eternally grateful for the friendship, support, and laughs that she has brought me, our team, and our patients. She shares her fascinating story as a Romanian immigrant.

I’m slicing cozonac and climbing the Carpathians to welcome Alexandra Rogers!

Post Show Notes: Alex is a gem! She was a gracious guest with terrific stories and perspectives on life in Romania, and in the U.S. She’s a wonderful team member! I’m infinitely grateful for you Alex!
